Create an account with your phone number and password. Keep your password safe!
2 Create Escrow
Click "+ Create Private Connection". Enter the Seller's phone number, the Amount (GHS), and a description of the goods.
3 Make Payment
You will see a Transaction ID and our Wallet Number (0240254680). Send the exact amount via Mobile Money (MTN/Telecel/AirtelTigo) using the Transaction ID as your reference. Then click "I Have Paid".
4 Admin Verification
Our Admin will verify your payment. Once verified, the status changes to FUNDED, and the seller is notified to send your goods.
5 Confirm Delivery
Once you receive your goods and are satisfied, click "Confirm Delivery". This tells the Admin to release the funds to the seller.
6 Disputes?
If there is an issue, click "Open Dispute" before confirming delivery. Our Admin will contact both parties to resolve it fairly. Your funds are safe!
